Zheng Bu

As Vice President of FireEye Research Labs, Zheng Bu focuses on intrusion prevention, malware, botnets and advanced persistent threats (APTs) research. Lead by Bu, the FireEye research labs recently uncovered significant APT attacks including Operation Deputy Dog, Operation Beebus and many Zero-Day vulnerabilities used in targeted attacks across a number of applications, including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Adobe Flash, PDFs, Oracle and Java, etc. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a M.S. in Computer Engineering from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He is a runner, hiker and badminton player.
