Yvonne Campos

Hon. Yvonne E. Campos serves on the Superior Court of California. Governor Davis appointed her in 2003. She currently serves in a trial department in a general jurisdiction court. Prior to joining the bench, she served as an Assistant US Attorney, SDCA (1995-03), and Deputy Chief of the General Crimes Section. A nationally recognized federal narcotics prosecutor, she received awards from DOJ and DEA. In 1994 Yvonne was awarded a White House Fellowship and served on the staff of Attorney General Janet Reno. Previously in private practice, she specialized in real estate transactions, land use, and environmental law with two prominent California law firms. She was also a California Senate Fellow. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School JD, Stanford University, AB with distinction.
