Yale Li is the Principal Security Architect for Microsoft and the acting China Information Security Officer for all Microsoft’s business in China. Li also serves as Strategy Advisor for CSA Global, Board Member & Research Director for CSA Seattle Chapter, CISO Summit Program Committee Member for CSA APAC, ICCSM Programme Chairman, RecordsInTheCloud.Org Collaborator and Partner/Member/Visiting Professor for several government standards bodies, universities and research institutes. Prior to joining Microsoft 15 years ago, he was the Chief Technology Architect for an IBM company, Co-founder/CTO of multiple tech startups, and research assistant to CERN's Nobel Prize and Rutherford Medal laureates. He is one of the earliest CCSKs. He has authored several books and many articles.
