Xavier Bird

Xavier Bird is a Psychology Doctorate (PsyD) candidate at the University of Denver. Xavier's professional interest is counseling and therapy for adolescents, particularly those on the autistic spectrum. It is a personal calling as he was diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at 9 years old. Xavier's dissertation focuses on how social media personalities and the digital world impact the self-image of young people. His research isn't limited to academia, as he is an avid gamer and Twitch streamer and has experienced firsthand how negative behaviors cause actual and tangible harm to kids during their formative years.
