William Noonan

William Noonan is a Federal Law Enforcement Special Agent with over 22 years of Federal Government experience. His career has been with the U.S. Secret Service focusing equally on the protective and investigative missions of the agency. Noonan is the Deputy Special Agent in Charge of the Secret Service’s Criminal Investigative Division, Cyber Operations. In this position he oversees the Service’s cyber-portfolio. Prior to this position, his Secret Service assignments were to the Criminal Investigative Division in supervisory and instructional roles and on the Vice Presidential Protective Division during two administrations. Throughout his career, he has initiated and managed high profile transnational fraud investigations. His early duties involved financial, electronic, and identity theft investigations.
