Willard Hart

Willard Hart is an executive best described as a dynamic, success leading, change-agent. He is currently the Director of Fraud Operations at Robinhood and has decades of experience in financial services. Willard worked in leadership roles on fraud prevention, detection, and investigations. He developed anti-fraud controls, enhanced reporting, and worked directly with regulators in North America, the Caribbean, and West Africa. He testified as a federal prosecution expert witness in financial crime cases more than 12 times. Willard holds a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certification in process improvement. He has previously worked for GE, IBM, MoneyGram International, and PwC. Willard volunteers by leading his college’s local alumni chapter and at a men’s prison in Texas.
