Threat Researcher, Stage 2 Security

Waylon Grange is an experienced vulnerability researcher, reverse engineer, and developer. He holds a graduate degree in information security from Johns Hopkins University and has worked on numerous computer incident investigations spanning the globe. Prior to Stage 2, he worked for Symantec as a Senior Threat Researcher, and the NSA performing vulnerability research and computer network operations. Grange is a patient inventor, discovered multiple CVEs, co-author of research papers on top-tier APT groups, and speaker at many security conferences such as RSA, Black Hat, DefCon, CanSecWest, and DerbyCon. His in-depth knowledge of embedded systems is utilized to evaluate the security of IoT systems and develop electronic badges for conferences.
