Vitalie Levinta is the Deputy Program Director for the USAID-funded Critical Infrastructure Digitalization and Resilience (CIDR) program and serves as the CIDR Country Director for Moldova. Vitalie is an ICT e-Government Expert with a demonstrated experience of more than 15 years of analysis, development, and implementation of the e-Government Agenda. He is skilled in Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Processes Re-engineering, Communication Skills, Business Planning, Sales, Management, and Pre-Sales. Vitalie has delivered high-level Project Management and Analytical services in private business and international projects (USAID, WBG, UNDP, EU funded).
