Vijay Bolina

Vijay Bolina is the Head of Cybersecurity Research at Google DeepMind, where he is building a team that addresses emerging risks in safety, abuse, and security and privacy for next generation artificial intelligence systems. Prior, Vijay was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Blackhawk Network leading teams that ran and protected one of the largest global prepaid card transaction networks. Vijay also led teams at Mandiant and Booz Allen that responded to data breaches and built systems to protect the US government from nation-states. Vijay holds a BS and MS in Computer Science and Executive Education in Corporate Governance and Risk Management. He is an advisor to builders and investors in the space of enterprise software and security.
