Victor Bian

Victor Bian is the Chief Operating Officer at HydroX AI, where he plays a key role in shaping the company's product, go-to-market, and operations. He began his career in medical research at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital before transitioning into business, working at Temasek Holdings. He later joined Intellectual Ventures, focusing on early-stage startup investment and incubation in healthcare and technology. Victor also Founded Allay Health, a digital health company backed by NextView Ventures and the Washington State Department of Commerce addressing chronic care of patients with gastrointestinal disorders. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Rhodes College and a Master's in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
