Vasily Mikhalev

Vasily Mikhalev received two M.Sc. Degrees with Honors: in Informatics and Computer Science with a major in Artificial Intelligence from the Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnical University (Russia); and in Computer and Information Engineering with the major in Cryptography from the City University (London). In 2010-2011 Mikhalev was working as a Lead engineer at Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnic University in the Department of Distributed Intelligent Systems. Since the end of 2011 he has joined the Theoretical Computer Science and IT Security Group of the University of Mannheim (Germany) where he is doing research in the area of the Lightweight Cryptography.
