Tom Doughty

Tom Doughty served as Chief Information Security Officer at Prudential from 2006 to 2023. He oversaw Prudential’s global cybersecurity program, including infrastructure level protections, security-related Policies and Standards, and security operations in a highly regulated, cloud-enabled business environment. Tom previously served as a Military Intelligence Officer in the United States Army, specializing in Electronic and Information Warfare and emerging intelligence processing platforms. Tom is currently CISO at Generate Biomedicines, overseeing the Cybersecurity and Enterprise IT programs for the emerging growth biotech firm advancing fundamental shifts in drug development driven by machine learning.
