He has more than 25 years of professional experience developing information security strategies, designing information security programs, developing information security solutions, and leading teams in deploying and operating information security programs. Toby has an MBA, a BS in electrical engineering, a CISSP certification, a CCSK from the Cloud Security Alliance, and is a US Navy veteran.
