Tobias Wieloch

Tobias Wieloch leads the Dark Web unit at Europol. His main role is to lead, drive, and coordinated action against key cybercrime threats and targets. The detection and disruption of criminal activity on the dark web is paramount to successfully support law enforcement investigations. He started his career with the Bundeskriminalamt (BKA) and worked in several areas of expertise including payment fraud and cyber intelligence.
