Timothy McIntyre

Tim McIntyre is Okta's Associate General Counsel, Privacy and Product, and leads a team of privacy and product attorneys. McIntyre joined Okta, the world's leading identity-as-a-service provider, in 2017, after having spent five years at Salesforce. As a senior member of Salesforce's global privacy and product team, McIntyre received the Chief Legal Officer's award for outstanding performance for his privacy work supporting Salesforce's artificial intelligence products. McIntyre is actively involved with the Enterprise Cloud Coalition, the Business Software Alliance, and has recently spoken at events hosted by NIST, The World Economic Forum and the United States Congress. He received his law degree from Boston University and Bachelor of Arts in english and political science from UC Berkeley.
