Tiffanny Gates

Tiffanny Gates is a recently retired Senior Managing Director at Accenture Federal Services where she was the National Security Portfolio Lead from 2021 – 2023. Ms. Gates continues to hold a board seat with Accenture Federal Services, she is an operating partner at Washington, D.C.-based investment firm Capitol Meridian Partners, and a strategic advisor to TenEleven Ventures. Ms. Gates has experience leading teams of the industry’s top data scientists, software engineers, and analysts who delivered disruptive, technology-enabled solutions – including AI/ML, cyber, cloud, and information exploitation – for defense, intelligence, and law enforcement clients. Earlier in her career, Ms. Gates worked with the Naval Security Group and the National Security Agency. She served in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Officer. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy.
