Tien-Ti Mak is the Chief Technology Officer at Australia Post and is responsible for setting and driving enterprise-wide Information, Digital and Technology Strategy. He is responsible for guiding and architecting all major technology decisions in order to ensure that the desired business and customer outcomes are achieved. He has a passion for customer experience and believes strongly in approaching technology from the viewpoint of the customer, which is critical for success in a digital world. His team’s relentless focus on the end customer helped them win the InfoWorld/Forrester Enterprise Architecture Awards in 2014.
