Thorsten Weber, PhD

Thorsten Weber, PhD, graduated in computer science, focusing on cybersecurity and cryptography. He has worked as an IT specialist for NATO in Brussels on several projects to expand network security and as a team lead for cybersecurity. Today, he is an information security compliance specialist at SAP SE, working on security culture and awareness topics. Additionally, he works as a Research Fellow at the Institute for IT Management & Digitalization at the FOM university of applied sciences. His research focuses on artificial intelligence using cloud computing and blockchain-based smart contracts.
