Thomas Ruoff
Methodology Branch Chief, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)
Tom Ruoff is the Chief, Methodology Branch in CISA's Vulnerability Management Division. A technologist, he was the Chief of Innovation Initiatives and Pilots in the DHS/NPPD/CS&C Chief Technology Office. Prior to DHS, Tom was the Director of Systems Division at Northrop Grumman, specializing in development of cross domain solutions. An experienced technical consultant, he spent four years with Booz|Allan|Hamilton supporting the NSA. He retired from the United States Air Force, and assignments included National Security Agency, National Geospatial Agency, and Defense Intelligence Agency. He is a Level III Federally Certified Program Manager, holds PMP and CISSP certifications, has a MS in physics, graduated Air Force Test Pilot School, and is most proud of his sons Matt, Alex, and Gabriel.
