Thomas Korak

Thomas Korak studied Telematics at the Graz University of Technology (TU Graz). Korak focused his studies on IT-security as well as mobile computing and received a master’s degree in November 2011. In 2011 he joined the SEnSE (secure entities for smart environments) group at the Institute for Applied Information Processing and Communications (IAIK) at the TU Graz. He started his Ph.D. study at the beginning of 2012. His main interests include all kinds of side-channel analysis (SCA) techniques as well as the combination of SCA and fault-analysis techniques. Furthermore he is interested in mobile device security.
