Tarah Wheeler

Tarah Wheeler is CEO of the cybersecurity compliance company Red Queen Dynamics. Tarah serves as the Senior Fellow for Global Cyber Policy at Council on Foreign Relations. She is a Fulbright Scholar, an Electronic Frontier Foundation advisory board member, a Foreign Policy contributor on cyber warfare, and has testified multiple times on cybersecurity to the U.S. Senate and Washington State Senate. She has held positions and fellowships with Harvard University, the University of Oxford, New America, the Brookings Institution, Splunk, Symantec, and more.
