Sydney Delp

Sydney Delp leads multiple core functions of Target's Cyber Fusion Center, including Enterprise Incident Management, Data Loss Prevention, and Insider Threat. After starting her career as a Penetration Testing Consultant and then a Lead Engineer on Target's Security Testing Services team, she made the move from breaking things to fixing them as a case handler on Enterprise Incident Management. Since then, she has moved from the Principal Analyst to the Director over the team and recently grew her scope to cover the insider risk space in 2023.
