Steve Pereira is the principal consultant behind Visible Value Stream Consulting where he helps organizations define and optimize their value stream networks. For the past 25 years, his focus has been on using collaborative tools and techniques to guide ambitious and struggling teams towards performance improvement. He serves as a board advisor to the Value Stream Management Consortium and contributes to the OASIS Value Stream Management Interoperability Technical Committee to define better ways of working with value streams.
