Stephen Orr

Stephen Orr is a 22-year veteran of Cisco and serves as a Distinguished Architect for Cisco’s US Public Sector Theater. He is a leading Cisco authority on Wireless, Wireless Security, IP Mobility, IPv6, Network Service Discovery, Next Generation Encryption and complex network architecture design. Orr holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is a dual Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) in Routing and Switching and Wireless and is one of the co-authors for Cisco’s CCIE Wireless written and lab exams. Prior to joining Cisco Systems, Orr spent several years at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY.
