Stephanie Franklin-Thomas is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at ABM Industries. As ABM’s first CISO, she is credited with driving security strategy and transformation with a specific emphasis on the development of a risk-based, fit-for-purpose program.
With more than 25 years of experience, Stephanie has a demonstrated track record in leading successful large-scale transformation initiatives; optimizing technology enablement in complex, global business environments; and executing M&A transactions across the deal lifecycle in international markets.
Stephanie’s recent accomplishments include being a 2023 Top Global CISOs winner, being on the 2023 Women in IT Awards shortlist for Security Leader of the Year , 2023 ISE West Executive of the Year and is a 50 Women to Watch for Boards finalist.
