Stephanie Franklin-Thomas

Stephanie Franklin-Thomas is Global VP and CISO at Medtronic. Previously, she served as the Senior VP and CISO at ABM Industries. As ABM’s first CISO, she was credited with driving security strategy and transformation with a specific emphasis on the development of a risk-based, fit-for-purpose program.

With more than 25 years of experience, Stephanie has a demonstrated track record in leading successful large-scale transformation initiatives; optimizing technology enablement in complex, global business environments; and executing M&A transactions across the deal lifecycle in international markets.

Stephanie’s recent accomplishments include being a 2023 Top Global CISOs winner, being on the 2023 Women in IT Awards shortlist for Security Leader of the Year , 2023 ISE West Executive of the Year and is a 50 Women to Watch for Boards finalist.
