Stacy Arruda

Stacy Arruda is a Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) with the Tampa Division of the Cyber Crime Squad. Arruda works as a Program Manager in the Criminal Computer Intrusion Unit and previously directed the FBI’s efforts on many large-scale cyber investigations involving Eastern European hacker groups. She was part of the Counterterrorism Counterintelligence Computer Intrusion Unit where she was a program manager over National Security computer intrusion matters. In this capacity, she represented the FBI’s cyber interests in the Intelligence community.
