Sougat Ray

Sougat Ray is the Chief Technology Officer at Rogers Bank, responsible for the Bank's end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, engineering, delivery, and production operations. Over a career spanning more than 23 years in banking and payments technology, he has led the launch and modernization of credit card platforms, digital banking capabilities, mobile payment solutions, and large-scale transformation programs. Prior to becoming CTO, Sougat led Rogers Bank's delivery and transformation organization and previously held technology leadership roles at American Express. He is passionate about AI, payments innovation, cybersecurity, and the role of trust in the future of digital commerce.
