Snir Ben-Shimol

Snir Ben Shimol built from the ground up the cyber security practice at Varonis including the security research, threat modeling, operations, and the global forensics teams. He is responsible of creating next-gen security platforms and services used to detect insiders, advanced threats and protect organizations’ most sensitive assets on both cloud and on-premises environments. Ben Shimol is a former Israeli Intelligence Unit and security leader at the Prime Minister’s Office. Since then, he was a senior manager at the Advanced Security Center of EY and led Radware’s cyber security research and products division.
