Siemen Dhooghe is Ph.D. Student at KU Leuven/COSIC under supervision of Vincent Rijmen and Svetla Nikova and is supported by a Ph.D. Fellowship from the Research Foundation – Flanders (FWO). His research interests include the algorithmic protection of devices against physical attacks and the design of symmetric primitives with efficient arithmetization with an application to zero-knowledge proofs. Current work consists of defining adversary and security models on side-channel and fault analysis in order to gain provable secure and efficient countermeasures.
