Wu is a PhD candidate in applied cryptography at department of mathematic science, NTNU, under the supervision of Kristian Gjøsteen. Wu's research interests are cryptographic protocols on blockchain, layer 2 blockchain scaling, zero-knowledge proofs and formal verifications.
