Sheryl Liu

Sheryl Liu is a Security Operations Analyst at Starbucks, focusing on threat intelligence and incident response. In May 2020, she graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a master degree in Information Security Policy and Management. As a female working in Cybersecurity, Liu strongly encourages and supports development opportunities for women and girls in this area. In 2021, Liu became a board member of Women in Cybersecurity - Silicon Valley Affiliate, which helps bring together women in cybersecurity from academia, research, and industry to share knowledge, experience, networking and mentoring in the Silicon Valley region. Liu believes that women take, and will take indispensable roles in cybersecurity.
