Shannon Donahue

Shannon Donahue is the Director of Cyber and Information Security Practices for ISACA. Donahue is responsible for leading ISACA’s information and cybersecurity program strategy and direction of initiatives including the CSX certification program, product and knowledge development, and lab-based training capability and content creation. Prior to ISACA, Donahue had roles as Information Security Officer at Harper College and as a Senior Technical Architect with AT&T where she spent time handling security and network incident response and disaster recovery for managed service customers. Donahue has a Ph.D. in information security and holds active CISM and CISSP certifications.
