Sean Lin

Sean Lin heads the Collaboration Section of Hong Kong Police Force’s Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau. The majority of his 19-year police career have been devoted to information security, cybersecurity, commercial crime and technology crime investigation. Additionally, he is also an experienced crisis negotiator of the Police Negotiation Cadre. He holds an MBA and an M.Sc., is a CISSP, CISM, CISA, 2012 Asia-Pacific Information Security Leadership Achievements (ISLA) Senior Information Security Professional Honoree, Distinguished Toastmaster, National English Public Speaking Champion of China and 2006 Hong Kong Ten Outstanding Young Persons Awardee. His motto is “Live in Excellence, Forwarding the Best.”
