Sarah Anderson

Sarah W. Anderson is the owner of SWA Law LLC and LegallyCyber.com, focusing on cyber incident response, regulatory compliance, enhanced cybersecurity practices, and technology contract negotiations for both public and private entities. She conducts cybersecurity law seminars nationwide and worked more than 150 cyber incident responses as an attorney. Sarah actively raises awareness of cybersecurity legal and technical issues through www.LegallyCyber.com. Before establishing SWA Law, she served as In-House Counsel for a technology non-profit and was an equity "Big Law" Partner at a major law firm. Sarah is a former Chief Legal Counsel for the State of Louisiana ESF-17 (cyber incident response and management) and is an Iraq war veteran, still with the US Army Reserves.
