Sam Grogan is the Global Privacy Policy Analyst of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP’s Centre for Information Policy Leadership (CIPL), a preeminent global privacy and security policy think tank located in Washington, DC, London and Brussels. Grogan brings specialized expertise in global privacy law, compliance and policy. Prior to joining Hunton Andrews Kurth, Grogan completed an LL.M. at the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he concentrated in US privacy and an LL.M. at Queen Mary, University of London where he specialized in EU privacy. Grogan previously worked on global privacy issues at the Stanford Center for Internet and Society and Penn Law’s Center for Technology, Innovation and Competition.
