Ruth Bro has focused her legal career on advising businesses on privacy and information management strategy, cybersecurity, global compliance, e-workplace, and e-business. She's been featured as a speaker over 190 times and published 90+ works on these issues. A longstanding leader in the American Bar Association, she is Special Advisor/past Co-Chair of the Cybersecurity Legal Task Force, member of the new Task Force on Law and AI, and leader in the Science & Technology Law Section, including past Section Chair and E-Privacy Law Committee Founder/Chair. She has served on numerous ABA-wide commissions/committees (e.g., Chair, Technology & Info. Systems). Now a consultant after 15 years with two law firms, she earned her BA from Northwestern University and JD from the University of Chicago.
