Russell Thomas

Russell Thomas has 30 years of experience in computer and communication industries as a line manager and consultant, focusing on business process improvement, quality, organization transformation and performance management. Thomas is a well-regarded speaker and trainer at corporate and industry events, and was a founding member of the Society of Information Risk Analysts. He has led several proposal teams for advanced R&D projects for DHS. In addition, he is engaged in state-of-the-art research in the organizational and economic aspects of interdependent risk. He is also a Ph.D. Candidate at George Mason University.
