Ruchira Ghosh

Ruchira Ghosh brings over 22 years of IT and cybersecurity expertise, with a distinguished career in the financial industry. She currently serves as the Head of Customer Authentication at TD Bank, where she leads the platform responsible for all of TD’s Customer Identity Authentication Management (CIAM) needs across the United States and Canada. In her role, Ruchira plays a critical part in ensuring seamless and secure customer experiences. Prior to TD Bank, Ruchira spent more than a decade at Fidelity Investments, and she has also held key roles at Visa and Bank of America, where she contributed to the advancement of secure financial technology solutions.
