Rosa Bolger is the Vice President of Cyber Defense and Technology at IBM. As an IBM Distinguished Engineer and technology leader with over 20 years experience, Rosa is accomplished in driving cyber-defense operations and technology platforms across IBM. Currently, Rosa leads the worldwide team of SOC, CSIRT, Vulnerability Management, Pen Testing and Remediation and Technology Platform security professionals responsible for IBM’s threat detection and response strategy, and its security automation through Machine Learning and AI. Prior to this role, Rosa led the development of web solutions and strategies throughout IBM's Infrastructure, with experience in implementing and managing high performance and availability web infrastructures for Olympic Games and major client accounts.
