Ron De Jesus is the Head of Global Privacy for Grindr, the world’s largest social networking app for gay, bi, trans, and queer people, and the Founder and CEO of De Jesus Consulting, a boutique privacy consulting firm specializing in privacy program and privacy strategy development. He previously led the privacy functions of several global, multi-brand companies, including Match Group, Inc. (where he developed and operationalized privacy programs for Tinder, PlentyOfFish, OKCupid, Match.com, and Hinge) and Tapestry, Inc. (where he led the global privacy office for Coach, Stuart Weitzman, and Kate Spade). De Jesus started his career consulting for the privacy and cybersecurity practices of both Deloitte and PwC, and served as Privacy Director for American Express’s Global Network Services.
