Roger Bache

Roger Bache currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Raytheon’s Cyber Products Company, a market leader in providing cross-domain, insider threat and analytic solutions. Prior to his current assignment, Bache served as President of Raytheon Oakley Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary and market leader in providing insider threat solutions. Prior to joining Raytheon, he served twenty-two years as a Naval cryptologist serving in a number of positions of increasing responsibility managing cryptologic and cyber programs before retiring in 1997.
