Robert Sheldon is Director of Public Policy & Strategy at CrowdStrike, where he leads corporate engagement on a variety of US federal, state, and local government policies, programs, and initiatives. In this capacity, he runs the company’s Election Security initiatives; serves as company representative to the Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC) and IT Sector Coordinating Council; and heads the Congressional Affairs practice. Concurrent to his role at CrowdStrike, Robert serves as an adjunct professorial lecturer on international cybersecurity policy at American University’s School of International Service. He holds an MA in security policy studies from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs and a BS in computer forensics from Champlain College.
