As a strategic business leader with 25 years experience in technology in Financial Services, Rob’s true passion is in leadership and people development - with a belief that investment in people is the most critical component of success for any team. Rob spent several years in Systems Engineering systems at alternative investment management organizations, including AQR Capital. Rob serves as a mentor with Cyversity, an organization that promotes women and underrepresented communities in cybersecurity. Rob is a current Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) holder.
