Rishma Khimji

Rishma M. Khimji is the first Chief Information Technology Officer for the Clark County Department of Aviation, where she leads IT strategy and operations for Harry Reid International Airport and four general aviation airports. With over 25 years in technology, including public sector experience, she has held C-level and senior roles with the San Francisco Police Department, Albuquerque Police Department, and the City of Reno. She is known for leading complex, high-impact modernization projects that improve operations, enhance service delivery, and strengthen accountability. Khimji holds a bachelor’s in Computer Science and Economics and a master’s in Economics from the University of New Mexico.
