Richard Seiersen

Richard Seiersen is the Chief Risk Officer for Resilience, the cyber risk management company. Prior to Resilience, Richard co-founded Soluble, a cloud-native security company sold to Lacework.com (2021). He is also a former CISO for GE Healthcare, Twilio, and LendingClub. Richard has also authored two books: How To Measure Anything In Cybersecurity Risk and The Metrics Manifesto: Confronting Security With Data. Richard's first book is curriculum for the Department of Defence CISO program at Carnegie Mellon and has been curriculum for the Society of Actuaries Exam Prep and graduate programs at universities such as Harvard, Brown, and Berkeley.
