Rich Barger

Over 20 years ago Rich Barger began his career in the US Army as a Military Intelligence Analyst, which introduced him to the magical world of Unix. This experience laid the groundwork for him to pioneer the field of threat intelligence analysis as a Security Consultant within various defense and intelligence agencies. By 2011 he co-founded ThreatConnect as the CIO, where he led the globally recognized ThreatConnect Intelligence Research Team. Barger holds a bachelor of science in information systems security from American Military University.
