Rich Bush is an Information Security Manager at State Farm, where he currently leads the Cryptography team to strengthen the organization’s resilience against evolving threats. Over the past nine years, Rich has built a deep bench of expertise across multiple domains of cybersecurity—spanning cryptography, offensive security, threat hunting, and threat intelligence. At State Farm, he has progressed through leadership roles driving the development of proactive defense strategies, building red team capabilities, and establishing advanced threat hunting operations to identify risks before they escalate.
