Raffaele Zallone

Raffaele Zallone is the Founding and Managing Partner of Studio Legale Zallone in Milano (Italy). He specializes his practice in data privacy law, IT contracts, ecommerce, and Internet law and regulation. Prior to starting his own firm, he was General Counsel for IBM in Italy and previously held several managerial and executive positions with IBM throughout the world. From 2002 to 2008, Zallone taught IT law at the University Luigi Bocconi of Milano, one of the most prestigious educational institutions in Italy. He is the Author of several books on IT contracts, privacy and Internet.
