Rachael Tubbs

Rachael Tubbs is with Independent Security Evaluators (ISE), a research based security consulting firm located in Baltimore, MD. Rachael holds a BS in psychology, an MS in forensic psychology, and is currently pursing her PhD in forensic psychology, where she is studying the psychological motivations of malicious hacking. Rachael has several years experience in the cybersecurity industry and has a background in counterintelligence with the US government, where she worked on a task force providing psychological insights into cases of individuals who committed crimes while holding a security clearance. Currently, she assists in the creation and marketing of various research projects at ISE, and oversees IoT Village, which can be found in the RSAC Sandbox.
