Preston Golson is responsible for cybersecurity, technology, crisis, and public affairs issues in Brunswick’s Washington, D.C. office. He has helped shape the firm’s advice helping organizations counter disinformation and lead the firm’s engagement with the World Economic Forum. He has served in a variety of national security positions, including as an analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and an aide to the first two Directors of National Intelligence. He worked as a CIA Spokesperson and Chief of CIA’s Public Communication Branch in its Office of Public Affairs, and as Chief of Communications for the Agency’s Directorate of Digital Innovation. Preston holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University.
